This is the before picture when the walls were salmon, bare
feet shuffled along the pale green carpet and the artificial
birch tree looked so real. One could sit out here anytime
and feel as if they were amid the great outdoors.
The leaves had fallen, so I made my own tree. I call it the “Mojave.”
The walls are now ‘light walnut wash’ and tile has replaced the carpet.
Hedges and Palms hug close to finish the new look. We hang on the
porch and spin our tales with laughter and gusto. Creating memories.
The third set of data has been mailed. Now I wait
once again for more instructions. Sooner or later
this nightmare will end – only it might not be good.
Yes, the visitor is still here. I gotta tell ya, it’s more
work and less sleep but we don’t wanna be mean
