Hangin’ Right Can Be Mighty Painful

Left and Right

Hand 1
When my late husband bought me that first
computer I didn’t know how to turn it on. Yet,
once I learned the keyboard went to tappin’
for weeks, and months and then…

Hands 2

I began to feel this pain in my right wrist. Uh
oh, time to check out Google. Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome? Oh no. I ain’t havin’ surgery.

There has to be a solution. A way to keep
things more balanced.  So, I made a
left-handed list:

•brush teeth
•get dressed
• reach for objects
•turn pages
•drink from bottle, cup
•brush hair
•put on shoes
•print by hand
•button shirt
•tap space bar

It took time and practice but the “left and right” solution worked.
