The Greatest Thanksgiving Of All Time

Thank 004Thank 003This is “Turkey Time Tim.”

He showed up ‘bout the time my beloved David started blazin’ deep fried turkeys.

The night before we would park the cars in the yard and set up picnic tables
in the garage. David would make his most delicious sausage gravy and biscuits

The next morning we are up with the roosters plugging in the gravy and crackin’ the
gas under the big pots. Won’t be long before friends are showin’ up for breakfast.
Startin’ with a champagne glass full of mimosa ooor a smooth, icy brewsky.

Then it’s head on over to the help-yourself-breakfast table. After some delicious
vittles and friendly chitchat it’s time to go. One friend leaves as another pulls in.

Those were some of the most fun days of our forty years.

In Honor of my husband David
