One Mistake You Will Never Make Again

You know those times in life when you shouldn’t go in the water? It’s too cold but you jump in anyway. Suddenly you’re caught in a whirlwind, can’t catch your breath. You’re spinning, freezing, trying to get out.

You do everything in your power to save yourself but it’s too late, there is no escape. You think about what grandma used to say all the time: Look before you leap. Yeah, but nobody pays attention to those old sayings.

Well, maybe they should. ‘Cause now you don’t know how to get out of this mess. You got caught up in something, seemed right at the time but…

You’re back on dry land now, safe and warm. Once your head clears, your thoughts grab you by the brain and start to scream…

What in the world were you thinking??

You don’t know. What you do know is that you are never gonna pull that boner again.

News from home: Hi Everyone … I had to come back to get a rest from my vacation. I can’t thank you enough for being so loyal, for waiting while I worked things out. There are still a few projects to finish on the house but other than that things are lookin’ up.

Sister Jen and I are both well and look forward to good things down the road.

Did I just say things are lookin’ up? Well, ya ain’t gonna believe what happened night before last…
