Dealing with Dying

News from Home:

Good morning. It’s 5:45am and there’s no time to put up a post today.

Most of you know that we recently were told that my husband, David, has inoperable lung cancer.

He has been going through some serious testing, seeing specialists and we started with an oncologist last Friday. He told us the cancer is in stage III and David will soon begin chemotherapy.

In twenty minutes we will leave for David to have a CT guided needle biopsy. This is so the doctor will know which kind of chemo to give him.

It’s too soon to tell you how we feel, how we are dealing with this. We are still in shock and just going through the motions.

We are taking everything a day at a time, doing what we have to do.

What helps the most is the support from everyone.

We can’t thank you enough.

I will keep you posted – Maxi
