Did you know that Roy Kronk, the man who found the remains of little Caylee Anthony, called the police four times before they fully responded?
The 46-year-old meter reader had pulled off the road near the Anthony home to relieve himself and discovered a bag … inside was a human skull. Shaking and upset, Roy contacted authorities; three times in August of 2008. Nothing happened.
His fourth call in December finally generated official action and we all know the results—little Caylee Anthony is found—her death declared a homicide.
Unfortunately, this opened a Pandora’s box for Roy Kronk. We all have a past and his has been exposed to the world: ex-wives appearing on TV making accusations of abuse, saying he threatened to kill them, restrained them with duct tape; that he shouldn’t be allowed around young girls. Hmmm, could be 15 minutes or revenge.
Roy stated that his name and reputation have been dragged through the mud. “It’s been very difficult for me,” he stated. “That’s all I’ll say; there’s been some horrible things said about me. Said I was a child predator, child molester, all this other stuff … and some people believe it.”
It’s true. We have all been there. Know we are innocent, still people will believe what they want.
And yet on July 30, 2010, Roy Kronk’s testimony remained the same as he told it from day one.
