I’m behind in my posting and I apologize but you see … it is crazy at my house. First, Saturday, Oct. 24th, my husband was waxing the roof of his Dodge Ram truck and went to get off the back, lost his footing, fell onto the concrete driveway and hurt his neck. I had to call the ambulance. He is still hurting. Here he is in the driveway with Tutu; you can see part of the t
ruck.
Friday, Oct.30th, we picked up granddaughter Brittany (Tutu to us) at her Prek school. She seemed fine; we went to McDonalds for our little ritual like always, lunch and playtime in the tunnel. Saturday, Brittany was a little stuffy with a runny nose but still her playful self. Definitely ready for trick or treat when we took her home. I know I’m partial but that’s a little cutie in her Halloween pajamas.
Sunday I woke up sick. Here’s the problem: I have a full rotator cuff tear and need surgery. I also have a frozen shoulder. Sooo, I’m going for therapy three times a week to loosen up the shoulder. The looser going into surgery, the less pain afterward. This is what the surgery will look like — it’s graphic so it’s up to you: http://twitpic.com/photos/maxi8
That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it. Oh yeah, just for some added sugar. We were at Walmart Saturday, went to leave and the car wouldn’t start. That’s another story. Also, there was a mix-up at hospital and they refused to file insurance papers, took all week to get it straightened out. Waaaah! Thanks for listening and understanding.
BTW surgery is Nov.17th.
(Right now, I’m posting this, going to therapy, coming home and going to bed.)
