How many of you are saying this is the year you stick to your “New Year’s Resolutions?” You mean it this time – this is it. Just to show you’re not foolin’ around you take a magic marker and make a list, post it on the fridge. Maybe it looks something like this:
Lose weight
Exercise
Save more
Watch less TV
Call mom more
Eat healthier
Quit smoking
Three months down the road you feel sick because nothing on the list is happening for you. Take a good look at the list, same ol’ – same ol’. Why not try something new? Like this list:
Use stairs more
Start change jar
Read book a month
Special day to call mom
Add one fruit to diet
You now have gone from negative to positive.
