PC World has completed their list of “100 best technology products for 2008.” It’s in the August issue. How do they do it? Well, they nominate hundreds of devices, apps, sites and services that they know are good. They rate them on design, functionality, performance and impact; the ones that total the highest scores are chosen.
According to them, PC World does not rate products on price or value, they pretty much stick with quality.
