We live forty-miles southeast of Orlando, so the Anthony case is BIG around here. We pray little Caylee is found, but we didn’t buy Casey’s story from the get go.
The “babysitter” has been all over the news this morning. Poor woman, this is turning her life upside down. The police checked her out a month ago, say she has no connection to Casey Anthony.
I gotta say, right from the start the grandma got to me. Told my husband, “Somethin’ doesn’t feel right about her. She knows more than she’s lettin’ on.” Weeell, it’s been nothing but lies and contradiction ever since she started talkin.’
Maybe I’m wrong, not bein’ fair. But in one 911 tape she says: “My daughter and granddaughter have been missing for a month.” In another she tells the the daughter, “I’ve given you a month to find her.”
The daughter and granddaughter had been living in her home, left—and the granddaughter disappeared. If you were the grandmother when would you have gone to the authorities to find your granddaughter?
