How I Keep My Glass Half Full

Half Glass1It may not be a mansion but our home is warm and cozy.

Half Glass2Granddaughter Brittany lights it up with fun and laughter.

Half Glass3The Florida Ibis often come for dinner; they aren’t
skittish so long as I don’t get too close.

Half Glass4Look at this little cutie, now that’s posing. I
mean one paw over the other. What a ham.

Half Glass5This little guy lives in the front yard. Years ago there was
a huge turtle that roamed the acre; I called him Mr. T
until one day he showed up with a little one. Oops!

Half Glass6Now that I’m retired the days are spent at
my desktop doing what I love … writing.

 My cup runneth over.

May Your Glass Always Be Half Full

About Maxi

Hi … I'm Maxi, a retiree with an addiction. I have quit: raising kids, cleaning house, cooking, doing laundry—there is no end the list—everything is done on "have to." The addiction? Writing to my last breath.
