It’s Friday, July 20, 2012 and I’m lost. For the past three weeks I have been “making the donuts.” The expression is a take on an old TV commercial. The donut-maker gets up everyday bleary-eyed and wobbly and heads for the door. He reaches for the doorknob with a sigh, “Time to make the donuts.”

I have been doing lots o’ work for a family member in need of help (no applause necessary). The days have run together and I have no idea what I’m supposed to write about today.
There is a particular subject we post about on Friday in the LBC. Only I forgot who has the list and don’t know the topic.
All I know is, I’m gonna drive for thirty-five minutes, get the job done, come home, take a shower, and go to bed. Get up tomorrow and do it again. Kinda like having a job.
I’m not complaining, mind ya. I am blessed that I can still get things done. Many people my age would give anything to be in my shoes. God is good to me. Besides, there is no way I cannot do this…
Family has to come before blogging.
